It all starts with the “First Leap,” your company vision, all things cash flow, the alliance of the Team, leading with your vision, money and mindset, and most importantly, Execution. She introduces the SCALEit Method of working on your business and not in your business…. There is a big difference. Create systems but do not oversystemetize, and do not work seven days a week! The author gives numerous “real world” examples which is refreshing in today’s complex and competitive business environment. This book is a great Read.
