I would highly recommend this book as an understandable and simple approach to evaluate an individual’s “gifts” in the corporate, for profit, and non-profit world. This book provides understanding and insight into how this can be helpful to companies in a clear-cut manner as well as possibly serving as a guide to any organization who is working to improve the internal culture within an organization.
The book uses a story telling approach thus providing quick and easy methodologies that work. I introduced this book recently to a CEO client and we both did the Working Genius Assessment and found that this was a simple and non-complex way to determine gifts. We also determined that the book could also be invaluable at better understanding the internal employee climate. As stated, I would again highly recommend this book as you will find that the inexpensive assessment cost and quick discovery of gifts was well worth our time and expenditure.
